🌿 T-SHIRT DETAILS:

.: 50% Polyester 25% Combed and ring-spun Cotton 25% Rayon

.: Extra Light fabric (3.8 oz/yd² (110 g/m²)) - Tri-blend - this combination is giving the perfect combo for super soft and durable fabric giving the garment the comfort of cotton, durability of poly and amazing draping by rayon.

.: With side seams - Located along the sides, they help hold the garment's shape longer and give it structural support.

.: Ribbed knit collar with seam. The ribbed knit makes the collar highly elastic and helps retain its shape.

.: Shoulder tape. Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the shirt and to prevent stretching.

The printing company is decorating apparel with the direct-to-garment (DTG) print method.

They are using OvalJet’s patented closed-loop technology. Each garment is moved through a carousel of automated stations that pretreat, dry, and heat press garments in one smooth motion. OvalJet's Ricoh Gen 5 print heads lay down 600x1800 dpi of high-quality ink for each image. This allows designers to experiment with colors, gradients, and photorealistic images.
